In order to earn the summer incentive award, students must blog at least 15 times throughout the summer with postings in at least 2 of the 3 months: June, July, and August. The entries must be at least 5 sentences long, written in complete sentences, and follow capitalization and punctuation rules.
To post a comment, click on the title of a post to view the comment box. Once the entry is typed, choose Name/URL from the "Comment As" drop down menu. Type your first name and last initial, then click continue, leaving URL blank. You will be prompted to type a series of numbers and letters. Once that is complete, your blog entry will be emailed to me. I will approve it for posting and it will appear the next day.
Students may respond to the same question more than once.

The best book I ever read was Because Of Wind Dixi.The book is very funny untill you read it five times. In the book there is a dog a little girl and the little girls dad. Thay all live in a RV. At the end of the book there is a storm but there is a problme the dog hates storms and the dog runs around the RV like a crazy animal.
ReplyDeleteOne good book I read was Percy Jackson and the Sea of Monsters. It is about a boy who is half god and half human or a half blood. There is a camp for half bloods that keeps them safe from monsters which are always attacking them, but the tree that creates the magical shield has been poisoned. The tree is dying and the shield is fading. Percy Jackson has to go on an adventure to find the golden fleece which will heal the tree and save the camp.
ReplyDeleteOne good book I read was Counting by Seven's. It was about a girl who was adopted because her parents died. She took a test that said she was highly gifted. In middle school Her parents died when she was at school. Her friends took her to their house. Then they moved to a apartment and after a while she was adopted.
ReplyDeleteOne good book I read was My Big Fat Zombie Goldfish. It was about a boy that became a mad scientist. He put his goldfish in green chemicals and that goldfish died. Then his younger brother shocked the goldfish back to life with a battery. The goldfish then became a big fat Zombie goldfish that hypnotized people with his eyes. It was a hilarious book and I loved it so much.
ReplyDeleteOne good book I read was Half Magic. It was about four kids finding a coin. The coin isn't really a coin it's half magical. They have to wish for what they want twice. Sometimes It can be really dangerous sometimes it's really fun. It was a great book.
ReplyDeleteOne good book I read was Athlete vs Mathlete. It was about a kid that is in masters of the mind. He then has to try out for the basketball team like his brother. He got on the team but doesn't like basketball. Then him and his brother get in a fight and won't talk to each other. Then they make up and get a kid to not want to be on the team because he wanted to go to a fancy college so they told him that wouldn't get him in the college. It was a really good book.
